The live chat allows you to speak to a Klasha support agent to get the help you need with your merchant account. It is embedded in every page of your merchant account for easy accessibility. The following steps will guide you in using the live chat:
Click the chat icon
The chat icon is located at the bottom right corner of every page, as shown below.
Provide your name and email address
When using the live chat for the first time, provide your email address and name as requested. You only have to do this the first time you use the chat function. After entering your details, click the "Start Chat" button.
After clicking the "Start Chat" button, you can type and send your message in the chat window. Once your message is sent, a support agent joins the chat to respond to any inquiry you might have.
Rate the chat (optional)
Upon conclusion of your chat, you can choose to rate the support you received as follows:
i) A "Yes or No" questionnaire is sent by the support agent to ensure that your questions were answered; you can respond by clicking the "Yes" or "No" button.
ii) You can rate the support you received by clicking the "thumbs-up" or "thumbs-down" icon in the upper right corner of the chat window. The "thumbs-up" icon signifies a 'Good' rating, while the "thumbs-down" icon signifies a 'Bad' rating.
iii) You can also leave a comment to better express your experience.
Exit the chat window
To exit the chat window, click the "minimize chat" button in the upper right corner of the page.
