If you are reading this, you likely have an account already, but if you don't have one yet or if you're not clear on how to create one, please refer to this article: How can I create a Klasha account?.

After creating and logging in to your account, you will see your dashboard. It remains blank until you follow these fast and easy steps to set up your account:

1. Navigate to Settings page

Click the "Create new business" button on the dashboard screen to automatically navigate to the settings page or on the menu bar, navigate to the settings page, where you'll find the “General,” “Business,” “Generate keys,” and “Bank accounts” tabs. From here, you can fill in all your business details for Klasha and your customers.

The “General” tab on the settings page is where you can update your personal details. You can choose to add your phone number and update your information here.

2. Navigate to the Business page

After updating your profile, click on the “Business” tab, where you can provide the following key information:

  • Business Name

  • Business Phone Number

  • Website

  • Address

  • Email Address

  • Country

Provide your business details as requested and click on the "Create" button at the bottom left of the page.

Note: These business details are mandatory as without them your dashboard will remain empty.

3. Navigate to Generate Keys page

After completing your business details, click on the “Generate keys” tab, where the fields to generate your merchant keys will appear as shown below.

To generate your merchant keys, click on the "Generate keys" button at the bottom left of the page.

Note: Your merchant keys are needed when integrating Klasha into your website. It links the transactions made to your dashboard. Be sure to keep your private key confidential and SAFE as your account features can be accessed with this private key.

4. Navigate to the Bank Accounts page

The last step in setting up your account is adding your bank account(s) details. This enables you to withdraw money after successful transactions have been completed. You can do this by:

  • Clicking the "Bank accounts" tab

  • Followed by the "+ Add new bank" button at the top right of the page

A popup page appears, where you will provide the following bank account details:

  • Country

  • Account Currency

  • Account Number

  • Account Name

  • Swift Code

After entering your bank account details, click the "Add" button, and your bank account will be added as shown (you can make any bank account your primary account by ticking the ‘Make this my primary bank account’ box).
